Shipping Policy – Atelier Zacari

Shipping Destinations

Atelier Zacari currently ships to Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Japan, and the United States of America (USA).

Product availability may vary depending on the destination country.

My Snail Mail editions are currently available in Switzerland, Japan, and the USA. My print-on-demand products can be shipped to all the countries listed above.

The online store and checkout will show you which products are available for delivery to your country.

Shipping Costs

Applicable shipping costs are displayed on the product page or, at the latest, during checkout.

For all my Snail Mail products, shipping is already included in the purchase price or subscription price. This applies to every country where my Snail Mail is available.

Shipping is also included in the price of print-on-demand products where explicitly indicated.

If shipping is included in the product price, no additional shipping charges will be added at checkout.

Customs duties and import charges are excluded unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination country, and shipping method.

For print-on-demand products, production time is added to the shipping time. Delivery estimates shown on the product page or at checkout are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

For my Snail Mail, delivery times begin once the shipment has been handed over to Swiss Post. International shipments may take longer due to transportation distances and possible customs clearance.

My Snail Mail is sent without tracking.

Print-on-Demand Products

Some of my products are made to order by a production partner and shipped directly to you.

If you order different products together, they may be produced or shipped from different locations and therefore arrive in separate shipments.

This will not result in additional shipping charges unless such charges were already disclosed at checkout before you completed your order.

My Snail Mail

My Snail Mail is currently available in Switzerland, Japan, and the USA.

Every edition is personally designed, carefully assembled, and shipped from Switzerland by me.

Shipping is already included in the purchase price of all Snail Mail products.

I usually send out each edition towards the end of the previous month so that it can arrive as close as possible to the beginning of its edition month. For example, the November edition is shipped at the end of October.

Actual delivery dates depend on the destination country and postal transit times. Delivery on a specific date cannot be guaranteed.

Single Snail Mail Editions and 3-Month Snail Mail

The 20th of each month is the order deadline for the following month's edition.

If you place your order on or before the 20th, you will receive the following month's edition. Orders placed on or after the 21st will receive the edition for the month after next.

With the 3-Month Snail Mail option, you will receive three consecutive monthly editions, each shipped separately.

After the third edition, deliveries end automatically. There is no automatic renewal.

Snail Mail Club

My Snail Mail Club is a monthly subscription that renews automatically and has no minimum commitment period.

The 20th of each month is the signup deadline for the following month's edition.

The signup deadline determines which edition you receive first. It does not affect your individual monthly billing date.

Your first payment is charged immediately when you subscribe. After that, your Snail Mail Club subscription is billed automatically each month using your saved payment method.

Your billing date is based on when you originally subscribed; there is no single billing date shared by all subscribers. You can find your next billing date in your subscription management page.

Each payment covers one monthly edition. Payments and shipping take place independently, so another payment may be charged before your first Snail Mail edition has arrived. That payment will cover the next edition.

Each edition is shipped separately from Switzerland. Shipping is already included in the monthly subscription price.

You can cancel your Snail Mail Club subscription at any time through the subscription management section of your customer account.

To avoid another charge, you must cancel before your next billing date. You can find this date in your subscription management page.

Customs Duties and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges, depending on the destination country, shipping method, type of goods, and production location.

If these charges have not already been collected at checkout, they may be charged upon import by the relevant authorities or shipping providers.

Any applicable import charges are the responsibility of the customer, where permitted by law and unless otherwise stated during checkout.
